For Educators
Teaching is one of the most difficult, yet most rewarding career paths a professional can take. Learn about the tools we provide to battle employee burnout in the education industry.
Several studies have found that teachers and other school-based professionals are some of the professionals with the highest prevalence of burnout, ranging from 40 to 50%. Fifty percent of teachers leave the profession within the first five years.
Educators also have an extremely high risk of long-term psychological problems, such as anxiety, depression, and other stress-related disorders.
