Terms of Use and Right to Privacy

I understand and have read and consent to the Terms and Conditions posted at Terms of Service (b) Privacy Policy posted at https://tlcvirtualresiliency.com/privacy-policy/ and provided herein.

Assessments

You may be asked to complete assessment forms as part of your participation in the agreement.

TLCV-VR will (i) use the assessments to perform the Client Services and Participant Services. The assessment data will (i) aggregate, anonymise and de-identify the resulting “Aggregated Data” for the purpose of providing, developing, improving, and/or reporting on the Client Services and participant services. TLC-VR may use, and create derivative works of the Aggregated Data for TLC-VR’s unrelated business purposes. To the extent that TLC-VR creates aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data derived from Client Data or Eligible Participant Data, such data will not be attributed to the participant.

Method of Delivery

I understand that the interactive groups are being delivered via Zoom and consent to said delivery. For any information regarding privacy in regards to Zoom, please refer to https://zoom.us/docs/en-us/privacy-and-security.html

I further understand that participation in the LIVE INTERACTIVE GROUP VIDEO CONFERENCES ARE EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE AND ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS PSYCHOLOGICAL OR MEDICAL SERVICES.

Group Rules

We seek to create a supportive and non judgemental environment.

The group offers respect for individual choices and experiences.

To make certain that all of our participants are heard, only one person talks at a time.

Everyone’s voice matters. Please allow each participant an opportunity to speak.

Silence is acceptable. No one needs to say anything she/he does not wish to say.

The group is not a forum for political discussion. Please refrain from such conversations.

All meetings begin and end as scheduled.

Confidentiality

Participation is voluntary without any expectation of confidentiality.

I understand that although communication within the group setting is not confidential, TLC-VR respects the privacy of each participant and will not disclose said information unless required by law and/or subject to the terms and conditions found at https://tlcvirtualresiliency.com and provided hereto.

Please do not video record the groups or take screenshots of any of the sessions.

What is said in the group stays in the group. However, participants are permitted and encouraged to share your educational experiences with people outside of the group.
